Founded in 2023 and based in Aurora, CO, The Impact Realty is a full-service real estate brokerage serving buyers and sellers throughout the Denver Metro area.

Loba's background is in banking and finance, before joining the real estate industry where he greatly enjoys serving his clients. He is originally from Ethiopia and moved to Colorado in 2014. "I take pride in serving my community," he says. If you're looking for a friendly agent with patience and real estate market knowledge, he's your guy.

Experience

Along with providing excellent customer service, he believes success in real estate comes with education and market knowledge, and it's always his goal to exceed the expectations of his customers throughout the entire real estate process. He holds three undergraduate degrees and an MBA from Colorado Christian University, and was named Agent of the Year for the Mountain Region, Colorado State, Arapahoe County, and Aurora in 2023.
