Loba's background mostly was in banking and finance before joining the real estate industry where he greatly enjoyed serving his clients. He is originally from Ethiopia and moved to Colorado in 2014. He said, "I take pride in serving my community." He also has a strong academic background in business and accounting; three undergraduate degrees and a Master of Business Administration from Colorado Christian University graduating with honors at all levels. Along with providing excellent customer service, he believes success in real estate comes with education and market knowledge. He is a customer-service-oriented real estate agent and loves helping homebuyers and sellers. After working over three years with TCL Realty, he established his own brokerage The Impact Realty in 2023. He won Agent of the Year awards with RatemyAgent for Mountain Regin, Colorado State, Arapahoe County, and the City of Aurora for 2023.
